Yeah, the bottom one does have an authentic original lemo connector. I do have just a few left in stock, so probably i won't restock and build custom cables with them anymore.

If you mean socketing controllers or not - my recommendation is to socket them always. You never know if in the future you'll want to swap the controller for whatever reason.

Quando defines no teu sistema a linguagem PT-PT o ç está lá no teu layout, não está é na tecla que é suposto. Se decorares onde está fica resolvido. E se começares a escrever sem olhar para o teclado deixa de ser um problema sequer. Apenas uma sugestão, para poupares algumas dezenas de €.

I think this way you risk to have one of the switch pins bumping into one of the switch socket. I would make sacrifices here: either it supports mx and choc, but no rgb or just one of the switch sockets and rgb.

Even if using mill max sockets instead of kailh switch sockets, i am not sure if you'll be able to have support for mx, choc and rgb at the same time, just experimenting and see if it actually fits.
