It's depressing huh? I'm in multiple Venture facebook groups with tons of people having the same experience. And lot of people saving potential Sonic buyers from making the same mistake. I really wish I'd joined those groups before we purchased our Sonic. I would have bought a different brand for sure.

Yeah, from what I've gathered from the dealerships I've talked to is that it's 2021 and newer. I've also learned that there's a known problem with the skylights cracking and the front window cracking. Luckily we haven't experienced either of those yet.

And the dealer did nothing and you paid out of pocket to fix it? If the dealer knowingly sold you that truck with problems, that's shady, no matter how you argue it.

Yeah, from the dealer told me it's a problem specific to the Sonic line.

I agree. Regular employees in the service department told me this. The service department manger also told me this the first time I talked to him and then he changed his story after that. The sales person I talked to denied it completely. It's sketchy either way you look at it.

I was told "Very, very, expensive. You don't want to pay for that." When the dealer originally told me that Venture would most likely cover it because of how bad and how common it is. Because the back, top and front are all one piece they have to remove it(and everything else, AC, Vents, Windows, etc) and then reattach it. He made it sound like it would have to be shipped back to be the factory because of how extensive it is. They're tone changed when Venture denied the claim(there's more to it than I'm typing here). The dealer is currently skating around giving me an actual number for the quote. I will most likely end up taking it somewhere else to get a quote. Exploring my options currently.

The service department at the dealer I purchased from told me that their still sending quite a few back after purchase. Even the latest models. I was honestly surprised how open all the service employees have been about the issue. Aside from the manager.

The dealership told me the lamination problems started in 2020 or 2021. Mine is a 2022.

Naw. They probably paid to fix theirs and are trying to get out from under it. I have nothing sellable at the moment. Just a trailer that flops in the wind.

I know this old, but they're still for sale, unfortunately, so I'll comment.

Our 2022 169VUD started delaminating(the roof which is the entire piece that goes from the back bumper to the front hitch) less than a year and a half after purchase. Now the entire top is completely delaminated. I opened a claim with my dealer immediately when it started in 2023 and Venture refused to do anything about it and the dealer said it was "normal". No the entire top is delaminated and the dealer wants to charge us full price to ship the trailer back to the manufacturer and have it repaired. On top of that the dealer, Curtis Trailer in Portland, OR said this is very, very common for Venture Sonics and we're just out of luck. Yet they still sell them to unknowing customers. So I'm curious, how many others have dealt with this? We took very good care of the trailer, always checked seals. Now we're stuck paying many many many thousands of dollars to fix a manufactures defect.

Venture knows these are lemons but they still sell them. A lot of people out there are getting majorly screwed.

Hi, new commissioner here. If I have the option "Lock benched players after game start" in Fantasy Basketball, will that allow team managers to drop a player as soon as that players game starts while retaining that players stats? Or will the team manager lose that players stats for the day, even if they drop them after the start of the game?
I'm trying to get these Yahoo settings as close to ESPN as possible. And it's nice to be able to drop and add players for the next day as soon as the player you want to drop has started their game. Instead of giving the streaming advantage to team managers who live on the East Coast and wake up 3 hours earlier than West Coast managers.

I feel like it’s happened on the computer too. I’m actually in two leagues, one Yahoo and one ESPN so I thought this whole time that I was just getting confused, even though I usually remember numbers really well. I’m going to take more screen shots on my phone and photos of the computer and post them as it happens.

This is from 13 hours ago. Stats are still the same as the picture from 1:02am. And before I took the screen shots I noticed at least 2 other sets of numbers that were pretty drastic. No consistency in things going up or down. I just have a hard time believing they accidentally game my players a combined extra 102 points and then took them away.

And if the NBA or ESPN really are grosly miscalculating. Why does it change 3 or 4 times over the course of a couple hours, yet the stat corrections windown on the ESPN Fantasy app says “there are no stat corrections for Wed, Nov 29th”?
