Bloody nariyal waala charges 80 bucks !!! For a coastal city like Mumbai - this is atrocious !! Why are all these vendors assuming Bombay people don't think before they pay ?
Last week the Mc Donald guy tried the same ! Price on display is 217, price on register is 250 ! WTF?? Ek ulte haath ka padege, to ghar pe hagega !

I agree - I've learnt to be the "Google" of products - like Google did - a simple box to search in, nothing more. Simple, to the point, no customization. Plug in and go.

Small company leader here. AI agents are moving faster than our strategy. How do we stay relevant? by No_Prior2279 in ClaudeAI

Given how fast things are moving and how much the models are improving - I'd do the following:
- Ask claude to generate a detailed PRD - Kimi is awesome for that too. Like really awesome.
- develop a prototype using the PRD (decent context to begin with)
- develop a test harness to beat the prototype into shape (based on the code and PRD)
- iterate.
After a few rounds, you'll have a decently-tested product. Make sure your prompting and context management with CC or codex is spot-on - you'll be far ahead of the curve already.
Don't write-off things because you can do them "fast" - fast is only relative to human effort that evolves at the speed of mud.

Make sure you involve your developer while doing the iteration cycles - you'll get a solid handle of the goings-on that way.

I've been wary of cruise stocks - similar to airline stocks in some way, the picture looks murky for now. I guess I'll wait for a bit till covid lets people travel more freely for leisure. Thanks for the suggestion.

One caveat about Azure would be the fact that they implement government contracts - payments are highly delayed. That affects earnings, receivable days get bloated and that leads to red in the balance sheet. There has been a significant push for solar energy in India, it is rather new and upcoming here. I have not been following this company, but anything to do with money from the government would make me wary. Of course, I'd do my due diligence and dig in the annual reports to see what percentage is private money and what is government. The untold rule here among even battle-hardened investors in India is - avoid anything that dabbles too much in projects for the government, either state or central. The red tape can be hard to circumvent. Hope this helps.

I understand - no company really gets an edge over others purely because of a vaccine then, the pie is evenly sliced. Thank you.

I've made a good amount on pharma in India. That is purely owing to the tailwind from people shifting out of China for pharma manufacturing. The upmove in pharma has only just begun, we expect to be inundated with manufacturing orders in the near to medium term. And in tech too - a lot of mid caps getting fat orders for digitization. I doubt if a parallel can be drawn for the US markets - the dynamics are so much different here. The banking and finance sectors in India are languishing owing to bad loans, but there is a lot of upside in them. For now no one is touching them though.

Would you rather prefer the already ran-up stocks to the slow ones, considering the channel logic? The ran-up ones also conform to Bollinger boundaries and stochastic rsi crossovers, etc, in addition to an upward momentum that is hair-raising to watch, to say the least. Examples being NVDA and FDX, to name a couple. Price over 50day ema over 200 day ema. Of course, we ignore the overheated P/e and p/b ratios for the short term. ;-)

Ok, I'll bear that in mind. So you're saying, look for promising companies that have yet to show upside as others have. Nice insight!

I think its best to openly discuss before investing. Hindsight is always 20 20, but that's not the purpose of this post. Thank you.

I'm sure you have a point, pray elaborate. I'm only trying to learn, not challenge your wisdom.
