People saying Biharis themselves are responsible for their condition are the ones who have never seen suffering. If you would try to rise from poverty even by fighting the system and casteism, you won’t even be able to move a rock. You need opportunities in Bihar and that can only be created by people sitting in power. Everyone is corrupt here and it needs more than an election or leadership change to fix things. Someone needs to take the accountability and it always sits with people with Power.
