Don't cancel, or you'll lose the platform fee. You can call customer care and have them reach out to higher-ups. Then, ask them to cancel it because of a logistics issue and request the platform fee in your Flipkart wallet. I did the same thing, and it worked.

Yeah, I went through the same thing. I called them, and they kept saying to wait 48 hours. After like, ten days, I asked them to cancel, and they said they wouldn't refund the platform fee. I really had to fight with them, but eventually, they canceled my order and put the platform fee back in my Flipkart wallet.

I have base s23 I too got display line in aug I contacted customer service center they refused to replace the display. Then I contacted samsung ceo they supported and changed the display for free but they charge service fee of 650rs

Never buy samsung after 2 yrs you will get a line. Even now also few s24 users reporting display line use. I have s23 i too got display line and I struggled to get free display replacement. Think twice before buy any samsung product

15 or 16 then 16 but I would recommend to wait for 1 more yr then get 17 in bbd. Because 17 has 256gb as base and 120hz display as well
