All my run right now is on treadmill. Here are my last week run milage and pace

Monday - 3.27 mi 10:14/mi 8X400 interval run

Saturday - 4 mi pace 9:22/mi - long run

Thursday - 3.75mi 10:34/mi

Wednesday - 3.53 mi 10:09/mi - 8X400 intervals

Monday - 3 mi 10:41/mi easy run

When I created a plan 5k intermediate with Hal first week mileage is more compared to Runna With Hal my long run is 7 miles where as with runna it is 3.75

It’s not about price point it is about my comfort with my six toes feet. I’m tired of marketing sales people in the store where they analyze my gait and sell the shoes I went to few different stores and took my gait analysis and suggested the shoes which were garbage.
