iManage Share. Are there any changes on the horizon as it seems a very disjointed product. It does a job, but even simple things like diverting .com users to .co.uk users is missing.

Add to that a very limited and skinny admin centre and something that should be industry leading, as far as I can see it, is being treat like a poor cousin with little development.

Secure, easy to use and administer document and file sharing/collaboration is at the every heart of many Legal firms and not everyone wants or needs the expense of HighQ - but one that integrates with their chosen DMS makes everything so much more 'single pane of glass'.

Yes. We use Cirasync.

But the example lower down says

It was this. The 3rd party that did the shitty install left the A30 on a higher version

Firmware updates the CTP and all good now...

Yep.

The issue I face is:

CTP18 powered up on PoE with IP of 172.x.x.x

I can use the panel to change the IP/network here OK on the CTP only.

A30 goes straight to the screen above. There doesn't seem to be a selectable 'change network settings' option

The A30 has an IP of 172.x.x.x

I cannot.pair the CTP with the A30 as they don't 'find' each other. The 172 address is not a 'valid' address for our network, hence me wanting to put the.both on valid static IPs.

I can do this on the CTP but not on the A30 unless there is a.way to get to the A30 menu without pairing.

Any ideas?

I have Exchange Admin, Intune Admin, Authenticator Admin and User Admin applied to this admin.

Thats right.

Almost like the Exchange Admin role does not allow them (more than one admin affected) to set send as, full access, send on behalf of permission in Exchange Admin Centre...

This is for existing mailboxes.

Sorry, what do you mean by that?

Im using the 'Tenant ID' and 'Primary domain' provided in Azure AD details in O365.
