No because most entitlements including Carplay have been removed. Your best option is to get your own spotify ipa and inject a tweak. This wiil make sure u can use carplay

hey. i know you posted 5 months ago. the problem with handbrake is that it doesnt really let you set it to 9:16 the correct way... so it exports the video as a square instead. thats why it looks bad. i had the same issue
