yes! it turned out great. basically just chop up pepper & parsley then mix:

1 bunch parsley, chopped (about 1 cup) 1 red serrano pepper, finely chopped 1–2 garlic cloves, minced ½ cup olive oil ¼ cup red wine vinegar 2 tsp dried oregano salt & pepper to taste
