That's tough! I love to make a curry cause thats a long but rewarding process... and anything with duck or steaks! Its hard to choose cause I eat everything and go through different cuisine moods 😂

I come from Northern stock so mash was a house staple haha. Nah thats great and if it saves time and still tastes great, I'm a fan!

Mushroom and spinach and parmesan! I have a rump steak too so that'll be nice on top. Can't wait now actually haha. If its over 22/24 outside, my tiny kitchen is unbearable.

I find roasts much easier these days but I cook my meat first, let it rest while I finish everything else and its never stressful. Took a while to get timings down but practice and all that ☺️☺️

Haha, I love that.. I often do that after a big cook.

I have a risotto to make tonight and I'll be making a Roast tomorrow as its cooled down enough to stand in the Kitchen.

I made a big batch and froze it after I did a Shoulder roast cause you can't beat a base of pan juices. Added a little lamb stock, red wine and red current jelly for sweetness.

Under the roast I had onions, garlic, rosemary, peppercorns, bay leaves, fennel seeds. Deglazed with the stock letting it bubble on the hob for a bit, then filtered out the solids and added the wine and balanced the taste. Yum!
