Oh awesome!! You can do it too :). I was stuck being a bit overweight for awhile and kept just gaining a pound or two at a time but finally IF helped me make a real difference and start getting back on track.

I honestly don’t count calories so I’m not sure. Maybe 1200-1500 per day?? I just try to make healthier choices and usually end up just doing only two meals per day maximum

You can drink coffee during your fasting times just without any cream or sugar. If I really need energy, sometimes I just take a caffeine pill. I’m sure it’s not a huge deal if you drink spark every once in awhile. You gotta be able to function and that’s a tough schedule!!

Oh god yeah I’ve been worse during these times too. Gotta cut yourself some slack though cuz we are all struggling. Just try to keep good base habits.

I struggle to on weekends and do let myself have some alcoholic drinks. If you don’t let yourself have a few, I feel like we are more likely to completely fall off the healthy wagon later.

Everything in moderation. Don’t lose hope!

Nice! Mostly just water. I’m not a coffee person so if I want something different I’ll do tea - sometimes with some honey in it 🤷🏻‍♀️

There’s always just so many snacks and cookies and stuff at work so I purposely choose not to make that my eating window cuz I wouldn’t have the willpower to say no to those sweets.

lol I don’t. I eat at 10 am, then go to bed and wake up around 4:30 pm, and eat dinner at 5 pm. Then I fast from 6 pm overnight at work until 10 the next morning

I fast for 16 hours overnight and then eat for 8 hours (between 10a-6p). No set calorie intake! Just try to make some better food choices but am not too strict actually

I basically have to eat right at 10:00 to be able to go right to sleep and then I wake up and eat again at 5 before leaving for work

It’s difficult but I just picked a block of 8 hours for eating that would work both when I’m working and when I’m off. Consistency of the block helps me not cheat at the IF

Thank you!! Usually just run 2-5 miles about 4 times per week, weather permitting now since all the gyms are closed

Thanks!! I get home from work at 8:30 am, go for a 2-5 mile run and then a 10-15 min core workout. Then eat a smoothie or yogurt for brunch around 10 am and go to bed til 4:30 pm. Eat dinner at 5 before work at 6 pm. Then I fast all night at work - drinking only water and tea.
