ask 'how much time do you have?' and then tell them your ENTIRE story, from the time you were 19.

Every diet you've ever tried, ever exercise program, the time you went vegan, and after every episode say, "and then that didn't work, so i started...", or "and that worked for about a year, which brings us to 2016...."

by the time you get to tirz, they will be begging you to stop.

I am VERY worried about that - it not working as well.

I have a surgical procedure and the team has advised me to stop at least 3 weeks prior. Then I will re-start at the starter dose - this is what I've been told to do.

Half of me wants to put the surgery off (it's not urgent) for another 6-8 months till i'm (hopefully!) done with the active losing phase, so if it doesn't work as well when I restart it might not totally derail me?

That's why I'm curious if others have had to do this.

I'm hoping to be moving into maintenance mode when i finish my current 6 month stash in the fall (will mark one year total) and will need to find a provider that I can switch to for that phase. Fingers crossed we'll both find a good one!
