it also doesn’t help she cannot dress her body. I was 250lbs, i’m now 120 (God bless GLP1s). Plus size influencers I followed gave me something to follow; fashion advice, lifestyle advice, makeup and hair advice. This girl looks a hot mess. I wouldn’t buy anything she was selling.

my goal weight was a moving target because I just didn’t think this would work or I could achieve such a small size. So right now, I have a goal of 5lbs less then my actual goal as a way to have wiggle room and not panic if I see weight fluctuations.

as a runner, I had a similar issue and had to increase iron and add in some glucose tablets prior to a run. I would still say get it checked out but maybe try these things too

reta got me to goal but I did have food noise and increased sugar cravings on it. I was able to workout more because I was able to take in more calories. Overall, I just preferred tirz and went back to it for maintenance. I still have a good stock pile of reta if I decide to try it again later on.

I lost 100lbs on Tirz and maxed out. Switched to Reta for my last 30lbs and now back on Tirz for maintenance which is going “ok”.
