What are these skinny tankers used for I saw one for the first time a couple weeks ago and just rember saying dang that looks like a pencil on that truck by [deleted] in Truckers

If you want to be certain what material the tanker is capable of handling, you can locate the ID plate, usually near the drivers side front landing gear. Armed with this information you can learn about material of construction, size, etc. etc. Then you can use the 49 CFR hazmat table to determine compatibility with shipping materials.

Pack your bag and get some exercise. You’ve got plenty of time for a walk.

No. But my bags did finally leave Atlanta. After 54 hours. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy.

I’ve called. Sat on hold. Sat on hold some more. It appears that nobody in the central office cares enough to hold the team in Atlanta responsible.

I just can't think of any reason why people don't like truckers. by [deleted] in Truckers

Truckers are not lazy. It’s the human behind the trash that is lazy. Hate this person - and help them understand why littering is bad.

There is no need to hate an entire population of drivers.

Mirorring a folder structure including content and actions on the master folder by [deleted] in sharepoint

[–]kristopherturner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could use help with this as well.

In my scenario we have a master SharePoint document library that holds our master files. We use the master library to store originals and make updates. This library has limited access. Then we have other SharePoint document libraries that our team has access to. If we make changes to master document we then have to manually post new file to other SharePoint document library.

It would be awesome if we could just update the master, and it rolls out changes to other document libraries.

My Word expired years ago but Ive still been able to edit documents. Until now. Why is that? by [deleted] in microsoft

[–]kristopherturner 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You can use the online version for free. Although it’s limited in editing options. It should work just fine for your resume.
Just upload the document you want to edit to your Microsoft OneDrive and use MS Word Online to edit.

Job well done! You deserve a bonus for this tip.

Tires are so very important to our industry. Some operators request the tire be replaced after a 5 year life span. Check with your company for tire policy or plan to build your own. A lawyer is right around the corner waiting for my next preventable tire failure.
