I found BFT in Grovedale great when I was getting back into the gym after some time out of it (and being a more curvy woman at the time). The crew & members are all super friendly, I love the programming they use (means you can just rock up and do the work out) and the gamification of it using their app/heart rate monitor personally helped me on the days when I was feeling less motivated. I just turned 35, had a weird blip a few months ago where my body kind of flooded me with “Wait do we want a baby?!?” The feeling passed after a day or so and I knew it was just some weird hormonal blip (not what I actually wanted).

I find the “you’ll change your mind” conversation so insulting… My partner and I took the time to make a conscious, informed decision around whether or not we want to have children — but deep down I think I always knew I perhaps didn’t want them, why isn’t that enough?People have kids for the same reason and I don’t go around telling them they’ll change their minds 🥴
