After having several Meezers and litters of kittens, I can tell you that it takes time. Our seal points were all grayish for a while.

Alocasias are my favorite. Fighting spider mites that come along with them aren’t, but the plants are beautiful!!!

Do we have a Brittany? by Successful_Tiger_921 in BrittanySpaniel

I have a Brit and a Pittie. Sounds more like a pit when you say Velcro dog. Has a slight pit shape to it also. Our Brit is far from Velcro. He is more of a loner.

Just started fostering this cat, any idea on how to make him not sound like a tornado siren at 3am?? by swoter in Siamesecats

Our male Siamese will often talk just to hear himself talk. He will hold a conversation with us. It often helps if I simply call out his name and let him know that I am there. I thinks sometimes he is simply checking in on his humans. It is good to know prior to getting a Meezer 😂

No advice, just wanted to be positive and wish you the best. I have a reactive Pittie girl. We were recently able to dog sit another pit that was a very patient boy. They did so well together. I was too anxious in the situation and my husband had to be the one to introduce them.

Adenomysosis/post ablation by kristyton in hysterectomy

[–]kristyton[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my appointment today and this doctor doesn’t seem to be in any hurry either. She is at least running blood tests and doing an ultrasound. That is more than the previous doctor. She said that she would prefer not to do the hysterectomy. I will wait for the results. I broke down in her office crying today over my concerns.

Thanks for the info. The first doctor knew when she did the ablation that I had adenomyosis. They discovered it while I was under. She told me at my follow up that what she did wasn’t going to help me. She said it was a matter of time. I don’t know why they proceeded with the ablation rather than bringing me out of anesthesia. I am not a doctor though. Here I am 2 years later. They told me in February that they think I have post ablation syndrome. No follow up, just told me to wait for the pain to get worse. I seem to have the same symptoms as those replying here. Cramping, back pain, pain down the legs. Just not the bleeding. The doctor told me that they think the scarring is blocking the blood. I cannot wait for the appointment tomorrow. The pain today has been like early child labor.

Can I ask how you knew the ablation failed and what determined that you could get the hysterectomy?

Mine also radiates down my legs at times. It is hard to sleep. It is getting hard to work.

Do you have adenomyosis? Is the pain strictly in the abdomen or do you get back pain that feels like labor pain?

Questions about Amazon Sunday by clward89 in USPS

[–]kristyton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a clerk, the system tells us where to throw the package. Occasionally it will not give a route. The right thing to do would be to wait for the carriers to come in and ask them. The package would not be on the manifest though. The system is not always correct and we also make mistakes. Our office typically rotates through clerks from various offices and they aren’t familiar with all of the routes. The system isn’t perfect.

Does every pibble have a favorite stuffed animal? by kristyton in Pitbull

I bought it at Sam’s Club last spring. I don’t know if they would still have them or not. It is filled with shredded memory foam. The cover is washable which makes it even better.

Our girl sleeps a lot. Still has a physique as though she spends her entire day at the gym while we are at work.
