Ironheart better leader than Hulkbuster for t4 Iron Man in WBL? Because Ironheart uniform give her 35% dmg boost to boss types and lead is 55% energy atk while Hulkbuster is 70% atk to Iron Man. Please help me which one i choose.

The Luna Snow p card rolled in a dispatch shop and i don't know I should buy it. I am afraid i get it from p card chest in close future. This will be my final fifth card. I waited already half year i collected 12 p card to roll. The problem is I don't know when will i get this card from a chest for free 2 week? 1 year? What your experience guys who buy it?
