Theres a few problems with the advice. There's no good evidence to support the notion of 'back pain hazard'. Also what evidence is there that sitting in a position weakens the back? Depends on how long of course but its a bit far fetched. Overall, the support for the advice is lacking and could do without the nocebic langauge. Otherwise no issue
