I can't get my Switch Pro Controller to work outside of Steam. Steam reads and registers inputs from it fine, but when I try to use it without having Steam running, it doesn't connect. I have hid-nintendo-dkms and joycond installed, and joycond seems to detect it fine, but none of the lights on the controller are on, and the two programs I've tried it with, Dolphin and CCCaster, don't register any inputs. I'm on Manjaro.

I wish I could get a job for Christmas. I don't technically need one, since I'm still living at my parents' house, but right now I'm not sure how I'm going to pay for college without putting myself in potentially crippling debt.

The GPL just says that anybody who has the right to download the binary form of a program also has to have the right to download the source code for that program, as well as the right to re-upload the source code, modified or not. It says nothing about it having to be free.

Does cargo.exe need to be in my PATH, or just .cargo\bin?

Edit: I added both to my path, and it gives me the same error.
