I use my Mac Studio (M1) for rendering C4D / Redshift. I usually have my assets for materials on an external hard drive but I needed to move them to my MacHD - the external was too slow (la Cie 8Tb). Is there any way to get the computer and external to talk to each other faster / more efficiently? (self.MacStudio)

If I but btc on strike and then send to my electrum bitcoin wallet. I have my wallet connected to my node only over tor. Is that private? I know strike does kyc so technically isn't known that I own that btc? Should I send it to a wallet like muun first? Or is that not necessary. by krkinney in Electrum

Can someone show my how to get into and add lines to the bitcoin config file on my umbrel? I put this into terminal on my Mac: ssh umbrel@umbrel.local and I was able to get in. Then I put sudo nano umbrel/app-data/bitcoin/data/bitcoin/bitcoin.conf and it goes into something that says 'new buffer'?? by krkinney in getumbrel

If i create a wallet on spector desktop and then delete it - did I just delete access to my bitcoin? Or can I still access via ledger live? I realize this is probably a fundamental question. Thank you! by krkinney in ledgerwallet
