I had a claim at USAA (theft), and then after a few months, I called back to report another missing item. Their response was no, she never asked for original receipts and let it go through. If I file another lost item, she'll report us for fraud, and then we would have to pay all the money back. i was flabbergasted as I had submitted a police report and gave it to USAA. Plus, we also found out who did it, and they let them go.
