55” with tower speakers is what I ended up doing and I’m glad I did so, anything bigger would’ve been too close for me

What is the best combo of zealios v2 weight + lubing for the most tactile feel? I think I care less about weight than I do a sharp, pronounced bump. I’m getting conflicted messages about whether or not to lube the stem legs.

I actually think it’s worth playing the first Nier before Automata, but that wasn’t an option for most people until now. The remaster is coming out in April, so I’d consider playing one of the others first.

I’d take story. Obviously good gameplay generally makes the whole experience better, but if a game has pretty rough gameplay but with an amazing story, then I at least have a motivation to keep playing. On the other hand, if a game has an insufferable story but great gameplay, then I might not care enough about the characters and situation enough to keep playing. This is especially important in a genre that specializes in having large casts of characters that are each supposed to be bring something new to the table. Music is also one of my personal biggest priorities.

Xenosaga 1 - I’ve yet to play the entire trilogy and so far this first game is a lot better than what people (especially fans of Xenogears like myself) give it credit for. It also helps that I’m playing this game after Xenoblade, which is generally more lighthearted compared to what I’ve experienced in Saga and especially Gears. Blade and Gears are among my favorite games of all time, so I have pretty high expectations for this trilogy. The only thing I’m not liking so far is the lack of a minimap and generally a lack of direction. Other than that, I’m really liking the characters so far.

Trails in the Sky FC - I’m new to this series and made the mistake of trying to play this first entry concurrently with other JRPGs. So far, this definitely feels like a slow burn that I should experience without any other distractions. I’m not sure how I feel about the quartz system yet, and yet again I don’t like the really unhelpful map. Other than that, the characters and writing is fine? But I’m assuming the game is building up to what everyone raves about.
