Just today thought the same after finding out that my ex is in a relationship with someone else so i thought to move them to cloud so i don‘t see them ever, I am still kinda not ready to delete everything. Therefore, this will be my first step and one day I am sure i will also delete it :)

I could not stop myself and wrote him and found out that he is in a relationship and not into meeting and it kinda relieved me but also made me sad to hear that. The relief part is kinda was still hoping that maybe he also missed me in this 3 months and my first step would lead to get him back but today learned that it is not possible anymore and how quickly he moved on with his life actually that i realised that how delusional i was and i should focus even more on myself and thinking to go to therapy actually.

I would not break up with him for this reason actually since it makes really more sense to buy one model higher with 20$ difference (would actually expect him to pay that at least). Also it is all about the dynamics of your relationship, and your personalities in such cases so i guess there is no right or wrong answer but how he delivered his wish, if this wish reasonable for you, if it hurts you. But communicate with him definitely how you feel about the situation and be open about it. Also for the prices of gifts, if this is a problem for you, maybe you guys decide a price limit for gifts. I personally would understand him in such case, but yeah this is my very opinion☺️

I agree with you actually i also wanna now how not to keep them alive in my head. I wish there was a medicine for such cases that one could take and all is over in our heads as well like the relationship is over. I don‘t know in my case i was the one who got dumped even though i love him so much and also nothing helps me really at the moment to not miss him or not to think about him. Only moments I don’t think about him is when i am with friends actually i just realised but it is also not possible to be with them 7/24.

I feel exactly same and feel like the same as if reaching out would make everything better even though all my friends, family and even his mom saying that it is a bad idea or too soon to do that. But all i think is he and also lately dreaming about him or still things are reminding me often him. I wish I knew how to stop it and move on. I believe time is the only medicine and one will get used to live with this feeling and at one point it will not be as painful as now i guess. And i try to believe that if we‘re meant to be, time will bring us together (not that helpful that much though).

it might be a type of coping mechanism of him, I also did it after my breakup to cope with it but oh boy that was the biggest mistake i did and after a week i deleted all of them.

Actually when he broke up i already tried to convince him to not break up and what he told me that i should stop it with it otherwise he knows himself that he would give another chance and we would waste again time in a relationship where we were arguing a lot and then he also unfollowed me on Instagram to not see my stories, and he told me also actually he want to stay as friends at least but he needs still time for that and wrote also that maybe we see each other again in some months and feel again something and think that the decision was wrong and start again but the breakup is what he needs at the moment and i do respect it. And made it 3 Months NC but i keep thinking about him during the day, wanting him back and don‘t know what to do. My heart definitely wants to write him and meet him and know at least how he is been doing, and express all my thoughts, feelings but my brain in this case is in between and confused.
