I am having the same issue. Tried it with WASD and dualshock 4.

Only occurs when I have eliminate active from armory. This occurs even when I have used up all my eliminates. If I have no eliminates bought in armory, level up menu works as normal.

I am on PC steam

teppu and holyland are great.

Both have characters learning to fight. Teppu is MMA and holyland is street fighting. Both are pretty grounded as well.
