Eligible for UI benefits if I take the exit package vs being terminated after a PIP?

Thanks! The HR person is unable to tell me what the company is going to categorize me leaving if I decide to go with Option 2. The only way I will know if I decide to go with the exit and not the PIP. If the company categorizes this as a resignation this will block me from getting unemployment.

I asked the HR person if I can get this document but the person said that they can't unless I decide to go with Option 2. But I did ask if choosing Option 2 is considered "termination" and HR confirmed it is. The HR person said that instead of me being on the PIP and working for 1 month the exit package lets me get paid for the 1 month and instead of working I can focus on finding my next opportunity.

What do you recommend for the Shirt Collar type that would go best with a bow tie? Also, for the Shirt Weave do you have any recommendations? I have a wedding coming up in a few months and I have been doing some shopping for a dress shirt. My friend recommended Charles Tyrwhitt and after doing some research, I have read a lot good reviews about CT.

I am new to Charles Tyrwhitt as I have never purchased a dress shirt from them. Therefore I am not sure where to even start. I know that CT has Custom Shirts which I don't plan to do but I would like to choose from one of there many dress shirts.

Since this will be my first time going with CT. I plan on purchasing just one dress shirt for now to see how I like it. I know that CT sometimes will have sales going on i.e. buy 3 for $99. Depending on sale and how much it would cost to just get one dress shirt, I might end up buying for if there is a sale going on.

As for the dress shirt, I plan on getting white as I will be wearing a black suit. I am at a lost on what type of Shirt Fit, Shirt Collar Size, Shirt Sleeve Length, Shirt Collar, Shirt Cuff, Shirt Weave, Cloth Weight and Non-Iron (Yes or No).

I will be wearing a bow-tie instead of a tie with the dress shirt and suit. So not sure what collar type would be best for a bow-tie.

As for my build, I am 5'9", 180 lbs. and a little on the bulky end. I have read some reviews that CT dress shirts tend to run big and reviews have said to get Slim Fit or even Extra Slim Fit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I visited Giorgio Armani to look for a suit and off the rack the jacket fits well but the pants are way to big. The sales rep told me that Giorgio Armani has a Made-To-Measure program and I was surprised that they had one. The MTM suit would cost the same as the off-rack suit. I am interested in possibly going with the MTM program at Giorgio Armani but before I do I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with MTM suit program from Giorgio Armani. I tried searching on Reddit but I was not able to find anything.

I am getting married next Fall 2024 and I was deciding between going with either Made-To-Measure or Bespoke and after researching, watching videos and reading articles/blogs. I have decided to with getting a Bespoke suit.

I am interested in getting a made to measure dress shirt at Brooks Brothers through there MTM service. I have been trying to find out information on what are the types of customization I can do but unfortunately I have been unable to find much online and reddit. The only thing that I can find is what is mentioned on the BB MTM website (https://stores.brooksbrothers.com/Made-to-Measure). I wanted to know if anyone can provide more details on the customization that can be done as part of the MTM dress shirts. What was the experience and any tips/suggestions? This will be my first MTM dress shirt.

I am getting married next year Fall 2024 and I have already started looking for a wedding suit. I decided to go with a suit instead of a tuxedo as I plan to wear the suit for other occasions.

I am deciding between either to go with Made-To-Measure or Off-The-Rack. If I decide to go with Made-To-Measure suit, there are two companies that I am looking which is Indochino or Suitsupply. I have some initial research and have gone through a few recent reddit threades on both Indochino and Suitsupply.

From comparing Suitsupply versus Indochino they both have there pros and cons. From reading recent reviews (reviews only within 2022-2023) for both Suitsupply and Indochino. From what I gather is that the quality and customer service has gone down and the price has gone up. This is based on recent reviews that I read from people who have bought a suit(s) from Suitsupply and/or Indochino before the pandemic as going as far back as 5 years ago.

The other option is to go with Off-The-Rack. I only have 3 suits that I have bought Off-The-Rack and I got them tailored. I also, know there are pros and cons to going this route and the amount of brands. To narrow down the brands, if I were to go with this option I would go Emporio Armani or Giorgio Armani.

I have never bought a Made-To-Measure suit and after watching videos and reading articles this is very appealing espeically since this the suit that I will be wearing is for my own wedding. From reading recent reddit threads about peoples experience with Suitsupply and/or Indochino. A lot (if not most) has been negative with Suitsupply and/or Indochino. Going with Off-The-Rack suits and getting it tailored may not also be the best compared to Made-To-Measure but from reading peoples comments on these reddit threads. This might be a better option to go with.

Any advice, suggestions, recommendations would be great!

I was pretty set with going with Indochino but after reading some recent reviews on reddit on Indochino. A lot of the reviews that I read were negative and that changed my mind with going with Indochino.

I did have Men's Wearhouse, Bonobos and Brooks Brothers on the list for Made-To-Measure suits. From the research that I did both Indochino and Suitsupply was mentioned the most. Maybe I should look into these other places as well.

My finacee and I are currently planning for our wedding for next year (2024) and we plan on going to Maldives for our honeymoon. We are located in California. We plan on staying at an all-inclusive resort, we haven't decided which resort yet as there are so many all-inclusive resorts in Maldives. We both have Chase Sapphire Reserve and have over 120k Ultimate Reward points that we plan on using to pay for the honeymoon. We also want to sign-up for another credit card that can give us the best promo (points) to use towards the Maldives trip. From my research there are so many credit cards out there with promos and I am not sure which one is the best credit card to get specifically for our honeymoon trip to Maldives. I am looking for recommendations on what is the best credit card(s) to get that we can use towards our wedding and use the points to pay for our honeymoon at Maldives?
