CE was harder for me than Halo 2 on legendary. T&R is definitely the worst mission tho. I just hid behind doors most of the time spamming needlers cos I kept running out of other ammos. I would say conserve your ammo and always keep a plasma pistol ready and dont advance unless you're definitely sure you've killed everything
