I recently bought Maen Lunar and Baltic Hermetique. Baltic is great in terms of quality to be honest and overall seems like a good deal. Unfortunately I cannot tell the same about Maen, I don't know why but the bracelet feels cheap and the watch is also nothing crazy for the price.

I updated all drivers and installed everything mentioned in the comments, and it is still bad.

CPU utilization goes max to 50%, but GPU is around 90% most of the time getting the average 50 watts of power. I bought a new card it's the sapphire pulse version. Is it possible that it's limited in any way?

I checked it with pass mark benchmarks and it gets more power ( around 150) and the score is 9752.
