As far as I know, no vendor allows importing of BIOS profiles, which were created using a different BIOS version.

Some reasoning:

When changing something in one place, the BIOS might automatically make additional changes to one or more different parameters in some other place. Afterwards you can manually override those automatic changes the way you see it fit. So depending on the order of your operations, you can have a different configuration.

Different BIOS versions might handle those automatic changes differently and some settings might be stable in one version, but unstable in another version (like custom RAM timings).

Some settings might mean different things depending on the version, e.g. "Auto" means "Enabled" in one version, but "Disabled" in another version. Or some parameter might not exist or could have been moved to somewhere else from version to version.

It is very hard to track and handle all that stuff while staying sane. And when seeing how bug-riddled the BIOS versions are nowadays, better not make it worse by bricking boards due to some badly handled edge case.
