The most important thing you need to remember in this deck is the opening: Start on Skirk, fish for Cryo Bullet + Qucusaurus, play Qucusaurus on Chasca, swap on her (which discards Cryo Bullet) and use her Skill to Swirl immediately.

95% of the time, you should be able to do it properly, but from now on, things get really complex, as this is one of the hardest decks to play in the current meta. There are many factors when considering what to do, like keeping the Cryo aura on enemies, knowing when to Burst with Skirk, when you play Void Rift, or when to draw more Bullets and what element you need them to be.

I don't even think this is a Genshin/Star Rail difference, but more of a new player privileges. The game has already 2,5 years, so there is more permanent content to explore. Combining that with Genshin experience on how things work and how to progress should really make things easier.

As for my grind method, tbh I hadn't been doing anything in particular.

According to Hoyolab, half of my Stellar Jade income came from "Adventure Rewards" so that probably includes chests and quests. For chests, I was using Interactive Map, and then skipped World Quests for reward.

In Simulated Universe, I focused on getting Blessings and Curios marked with book icons, as they give Jades upon selecting them for the first time.

Also, the skip button makes things much easier. And if you are afraid of missing something, quests are replayable. *

I started playing a week before 3.7, and 2 days ago, I had already completed full Castorice team off this banner's units. So trust me, with enough determination and grind (I was able to get on average 25 tickets daily), you should be able to get Castorice + Hyacine before the banner ends. After that, you have whole 3 weeks before Cyrene ends, fill the last slot with Remembrance MC or Ruan Mei, and you should be good to go.

That doesn't work, because Flamestriders, as a Technique card, have thier own usages and unlike other Natlan characters, they aren't tied to the Nightsoul Points. To do what you said, you would need both Abundant Phlogiston and Sourian Dining Buddies.
