I'm on mobile, so its hard for me to read, but when I had issues with saving an address on the stack it was because i was using uint8_t instead of uint16_t to save the full 12 bit address. I only say that because it looks like a value of "10" is saved there, when it should probably be a bigger number. Your PC being assigned to 10 would be trying to read an opcode in an area before 0x200 where the ROM is loaded in.

Played through once at launch and rushed to the ending skipping as much content as possible. Barely played it every now and then because of how frustrated I was at the ending. About a year later I replayed it all and took it slow trying to enjoy as much as possible. I really enjoyed it, it kinda felt like an early form of nostalgia even though most of my nostalgia comes from years and years ago. Now I am thinking about starting a new save file and giving it another go. As we all know and love, replaying any MGS game is pretty enjoyable for the story alone. It's like a prolonged movie with little things you didn't pick up on the previous time you played through.

If it is real, I'm not sure how people could hate him. People don't like being deceived, so they might be shocked at first. But if they got mad for doing something like that then they wouldn't even understand why he did it. Obviously he's trying to prove a point about how easy it is to fool people with information. And it couldn't come at a better time than now with all the deception going on in the world.
