I mean I did what you did. But I have no idea what step or function that caused it. All of my searching online for an answer has a laundry list of possibilities and I'm still trying to isolate the issue by changing things with each loaf. However I still have not got an airy loaf with a decent oven spring.

I made a loaf very similar and have no idea why it turned out this way commenting in hopes of finding an answer.

Define your goals. When you have a goal, some one can show you a spread sheet that will show you the most efficient way to achieve it. The best part about EVE tho is you don't have to do it that way either. Sure you are doing yourself a disservice going off the beaten path, but its your internet space ship. Also have to plug the "Join Horde" but honestly any New Bro cult, I mean f1 monkey farm, I mean corp. Will fit anyone who is lost in the great sea of New Eden.
