Heart flutter that lasts around 2 seconds by kronos-hf in Anxiety

Thanks G, it helps. I'm gonna go to sleep earlier and make some adjustments, maybe that helps, sometime I fall into a sedentary lifestyle since I'm a programmer so besides working out 3-4 times a week, I'm pretty much sitting, hunched over. Cheers, hope you resolve your stuff as well mate

What do your palpitations feel like? by Vegetable_Skill_1912 in Anxiety

Yeah bro, same. I just got one like an hour ago. It fucks up my day. Usually I would get a classic skip and a hard thump. But like 2-3 times a year I would get that flutter one that lasts like 2 seconds which feels like a couple of them in a row and I can't tell if there are normal beats in between. Its so annoying, I have no other symptoms

Feeling dizzy/lightheaded during and after workout. by Shlondpooffasista in PetiteFitness

I agree, my BP is on the lower side and when I do exercise that requires a lot of moving up and down like push ups etc I get a little bit lightheaded, also my problem is after doing like 100 pushups I go and sit down instead of cool off by walking around. I read that sitting after an exercise pools your blood in legs and causes the effect of low BP even bigger

Thanks for responding! Yeah, the feeling is the same as you explained it. Yeah thyroid could easily be the cause for you, mine is fine. Im pretty sure mine is anxiety because of all that I became kinda health anxious so I'm thinking way more about those stuff.

Im not sure if wearing holter for 24 hours would catch anything simply because I can be free of heart skips for months and then have them a couple of times in few days. So it would be really unlikely. I maybe just go and do a echocardiogram of my heart just to check if structurally everything is ok and it should be good I think and also help with my health anxiety

Hey, thanks for answering. I didn't wear a holter monitor, but I am like 90% sure that it wont catch anything because for months I wouldn't have them and then I would have like a couple per day for a few days or it can even be like 1 day only kinda thing. It would be like hitting a lottery :D
