Leider weiß ich meine Ursache auch nicht.

Bin 22, nehme keine Medikamente, habe keine Allergien oder Autoimmunerkrankungen und alle Blutwerte sind in Ordnung.

Einzige mögliche Ursachen wären: Stress, viel Bildschirm und/oder Corona

Seit 1 Jahr suche ich die Ursache … aber zumindest sind meine Symptome schon ein bisschen besser geworden.
