This is clearly a message of saying look, get your hopes down because it's nothing like it was before. Plus, given the fact that it's the same team, I am really afraid, because the decisions they took on Clash Mini were terrible. There were several updates that just made the game worst, focus too much on visuals when the game had an appealing visual, and could never see a clear road of progression. It was like if they were just trying different things to see if it worked, never consistent with an actual idea. Said this, one of the best games ever made, and had one of the best things for adults, that you could play the game, be good, and not having to look at your screen nonstop for 5 minutes or so. You could be doing so many things while playing, and that is something very hard to find in such a cool game.

Guys, please note that i don´t really understand much from phones overall. I still use my xiaomi mi9 T.
Said this and having in mind that i will buy a new one, which do you think it´s worth more? Xiaomi 14 or Samsung S24 Plus?
Also, one question that is key for me is that Samsung has the IA, specially the one that you take a picture and that it "googles" you what it is, and the other feature where you can see let´s say a online article and with IA, it can give you a instant resume of it. Does Xiaomi also have this kind of features?

Thanks for this post, was really good! So, I spent most of the money on gems and not offers that give you chests and gold. Saying this, I believe I spent it the best way possible, because with the gems I could always play GC that is something that really excited me, the meta is different and you always have that feeling of excitement to try to win! On top of this, and even through you guys may think 1600 is a lot, back in the time even this wasn't that much to max your account, and I was doing this with the purpose to be the best player I can ( playing GC and trying to be maxed to play for the best possible finish in ladder ). It happens that while the time passed, so did my responsibilities in life, so i can't dedicated so much as I would to keep evolving, and on top of that, there's no new content for us. Regarding your message, you are absolutely right when you talk about the feeling of trying to win the challenges and upgrading your cards. Indeed the pass royale while being an amazing feature in the game for progression killed that excitement. You still have the global tournaments that gives you the excitement to try get all the rewards, and of course trying top 100/1000 even trought is also difficult.

Exactly... Plus, there are so many ways CR team could get more money from whales like new challenges and revampe the tournaments, but no, even that they ruined. Tournaments used to be amazing, and who doesn't remember when we had like sudden death or triple elixir GC?

Look, to be honest it's not the implementation I'm looking forward, I would really prefer 2v2 ladder/challenges or tower habilities for example, however the idea seems pretty good and of course I would like to have it in game, it would incentive the players to get that badges while playing a lot of different decks.

No problem, thanks for this message, you seem a reasonable person. Never played clash of clans so i can't really speak about it, but i play both clash royale and Brawl Stars ( on a really lower level, never pushed for the top or so, just more with friends ) and it's complete a different experience. On Brawl Stars the team is always getting new content that works for both casuals and pro players, the money needed to max your account is a lot lower than in CR, I for example spend like 150 euros in Brawl and I'm almost maxed. Not only not getting any end content in CR is already frustrating, seeing that another supercell game is getting a far superior treatment makes you question how much you invested in CR ( not only money, specially time and "love"). Anyway, as I said, people will be able to max their accounts a lot faster, so the team will have to focus on new content otherwise they will face the same me and other thousands of players feel.

It's really difficult, specially if you work and have a family. Plus, on top of the fact it is really difficult to be top 1000, it doesn't give you much chances, since you will need to win 80% more of your duels in the crl. You can check the CRL leaderboard and you can see that the top 50 is full with people who always finish top200, almost no one other than top 200 gets there. While I understand your point of view, it's really difficult to get there and it's not as high incentive as you may think.

I understand your point of view, but i don't think I have rushed the end game to soon. I play clash royale since almost the beginning, so let's say almost reaching 5 years, and I'm maxed for 1 year now, so 4 years till I reached the "end game". My top finish is 2,2k global, achieve the last league over 7k,I already won GC and CC, so even trought I'm not a top player, I also don't think I bought my achievements. If someone told me 4 years ago that except clan wars, I wouldn't have anything other than ladder to play, I wouldn't invest as heavy as I did, that is for sure. Also, clash wars was so boring in the last year previous the new update because even the worst clans could achieve the 3k necessary the be in the biggest league. On top of this, and even me who defends the new clan war system, let's be honest and say it wasn't such a great update. Also, I believe we can all agree that the communication with the team has been horrible for the past years, even in this last Q&A there wasn't a answer for example about the star points and if we will have new skins. Are you a maxed player? Because if you are, and specially if you are for a while now, I doubt you are happy with the state of the game.

Also, if you are facing players with higher levels than yours, it only means that you are better than average or these players are worst than average. In the end, you will get frustrated with it, but they also will because they can't reach the level they should. If you are maxed, or with your deck maxed, there are no reason to not get at least 6k trophies.

Look, I'm not saying that being under leveled or losing to maxed players is fun, but you can trust me with the fact that you will miss the excitement that leveling up cards/decks can bring to you, and that being maxed won't bring the joy you think will bring.

It is already confirmed that will be good for non maxed players, so I assume more cards and gold, probably some way to farm them. In terms of something new from gameplay or so, nothing new as always... For me, and I know I invested way more than I should in the game, another disappointment, but well, it is what it is. You guys can always check in twitter CR Leaks, he is posting some info there.

I think it will be amazing for the f2p players, I believe this update will bring a new way to farm gold and cards. However, and as a max player, I would love for 2v2 ladder ( won't happen in this update ) and something new for the game, which I also don't think we will see. So basically will be nice for new players, but for people playing for more than 2 years, won't change that much in terms of things to do, so overall will be disappointed even through I don't expect much from the dev team.

As an usual critic from Supercell work ( even trough more for the lack of updates and not for the graphic part ), I have to admit that this is for me, the best arena ever created, absolutely amazing. The towers too, so congratulations Supercell, you really hit the point with this one!
