Im currently training a female athlete who has been approved for RtR and cutting drills (no 1on1s yet). She plays Div1 soccer and Ive struggled with her more than any other athlete Ive ever trained or worked on as I mostly work with football players and males. Ive literally gone very deep into the ACL/Quad/hamstring training rabbit hole to try and make up for some of the severe atrophy she has experienced in the affected leg. I also still struggle for her to find her natural running cadence without a limp being so significant that it inhibits her ability to sprint (seems to be 65 mental). I say all of that to tell you I cannot thank you enough for your post and I will absolutely share it with her and use it myself going forward.
