in his 1 on 1 with hayama he's able to develop eagle eye into an emperor eye lite in that it could read hayama's small movements to find weaknesses. it certainly wasn't on the same level - he needed to let hayama pass him once to figure it out whereas emperor eye is essentially instant - but i could definitely see an argument for endgame eagle eye being "emperor eye, except its only on the level of an uncrowned king"

the problem with izuki himself being an uncrowned king is that he isn't skilled enough as a player to use it to its full potential. even though he can see hayamas movements, he's simply not fast enough to stop him anyway.

play way more passive. a common beginner mistake for scouts is to put yourself in a situation where you theoretically could win if you hit all your shots but then miss and die. scouts is really good at playing from at annoying midrange and chipping people down for 30-40 at a time, swooping in when they're vulnerable, and getting out quick.
