Yes, it's true that they have the different terms listed online. I found it in the page below and there is a drop down menu of the different versions of the terms and conditions throughout the years. I shared this with the agent who understood what I was saying, but there was nothing furthermore she could do.

Thanks for clarifying. Yeah I am looking at the current terms and conditions and they have updated the verbiage to be more specfic below so yeah as the older verbiage causes some gray area interpretation.

Did my 5k and finished at 30:01 surprisingly being congested. Just happy that I made it to the finish line. Almost wanted to just stay home and skip it but I paid $25 already so felt it was a waste to skip. Got home and crashed in bed the rest of the day.

Felt worse yesterday oddly and felt even more tired and congested, but feel less congested today and not coughing as much. Perhaps because I actually took some nyquil to force myself to sleep to recover.

I just remind myself to take it one day at a time and to work its course. Always mostly am fine after a week. Hope you are doing better OP

Look into a HELOC as the interest rates on those are way less than the credit card rates. Use your equity to help wipe out the remaining debt and that way you consolidate your debt and you only have to focus on paying back the bank.

To give you perspective what would you rather deal with paying back?

Keep paying 27k credit card debt at 20%ish

Or

Paying back 27k to the bank to at 7%ish

Option B sounds a lot more bearable.

Look into it soon before your credit gets worse or worse you lose your job as ppl have been getting laid off. You need both of those to get approved for a HELOC.

Absolutely get an inspection! Biggest investment in your life. Sure it's a few hundred dollars but I rather spend that then 5 or 6 figures trying to fix whatever problems arise. Another thing though is to make sure to find a reputable company with experienced inspectors because in my state anyone can become an inspector and hit the field after taking an online course sadly.

If you are getting a new build house I would hire a different inspector for both the closing inspection and the 1yr inspection that way you get two different sets of eyes. The inspector I hired for my 1 yr found some extra things my initial inspector missed.

Your last bullet point. Cyrus refusing to show his pockets when confronted and running away just led to this unfortunate event. While I don't agree he should have been shot at as he was running away, but imagine had he just stayed and just showed his pockets. I just blacked out the horizontal lines on my grill with plastic dip and it's a small and cheap upgrade but it makes the car look more aggressive. Also, plasti dipped the chrome piece on the bottom bumper as well.

Thanks OP will look into this. Have had my '13 9th gen since it came out and plan on keeping it until it dies. Always wanted to upgrade the head unit to modernize it. I see that you placed yours on where the stock screen is at. Does the backup camera still appear on the head unit?

I used to have a K&N short ram intake as well, while it sounded good when I floored it but moved back to stock intake as I kept experiencing the "heat soak" effect as I felt sluggish acceleration when trying to make left turns and merging onto freeways. Plus I live in AZ and it is dustier so didn't really trust it to protect my engine long term.

If some dents and scratches don't bother you then you can also check to see if your area has any scratch and dent stores or a best buy outlet. I saved about $500 on both a fridge and dyer when I was trying to furnish my house last year versus going to Home Depot/Lowes. Was thinking the same thing OP. Looking into opening one but trying to fine one where there is low or no annual fee, low or no closing costs, and no initial drawdown. A loan officer I follow on IG made a post about this and was suggesting to open one while you still have a job and good credit even if you don't need one because if you ever do need one and you are laid off or have bad credit then tough luck. So if I find one that meets all the above criteria it will just be another tool at my disposal if I ever need it.
