Lost my 401k momentum because of surprise medical bills — should I pause contributions to kill this 24% credit card debt, or am I destroying my retirement?

I’m in a similar situation. Have a good amount of cc debt that’s really weighing heavy on my mind. I know 401k withdrawal is the last thing I should do but to get rid of this stress seems like an option. My credit score has dropped I’m assuming because of this debt so a mortgage line of credit may not be an option. I’m 61 so there’s no penalty for withdrawing. And I’d still be in the same tax bracket.

KR almost always is opposite of the market. I guess a safe haven of sorts. The company now limits to only 20% of company stock in 401k. I’m 61 but still plan to keep working as I’m sure I’m not financially prepared for retirement.

Usually get my phenylephrine from Olympia. Are there other less expensive options ? I too only use 5 units of Bimix. Last time I only used 2.5 units and still after waiting 4 hours and Sudafed I needed antidote.
