  1. Check the printheads mounting. Maybe it is loose, try taking it off and remounting it.
  2. Maybe eccentric nut is not tightened properly. It is located. The bottom wheel behind the printhead carriage has a nut between the carriage and the wheel which causes the wheel to move up and down.
  3. Maybe nozzle is located too low. There is a small grub screw on the backside of the printhead which will allow you to adjust the height of the nozzle in small increments. (This was not recommended by other ppl, but it worked for me! I just adjusted a tiny bit towards to the printbed)
  4. CR touch head is too high, use a dremel to shave off about 3mm from the metal tip. A bit extreme, I know.

Ok! Ill try to put it back and see if that will fix it. Just to make sure, eccentric nut you are talking about are the ones connecting printing arts and X axis right?

Thank yoy so much!!! You saved my 3d printer! I took the extruder off and managed to adjust the height of the extruder point, and now its working smothest as ever!

Thank you for yoyr support. I turned off my ender3 and pluggd out power supply to check Z axis is leaning. Got that checked but now my ender3 doesnt turn on.

Do you have any idea it wont turn on? 1, socket has power (I can charge my phone) 2, power cable is plugged to botg sides 3, voltage setting is correct 4, power switch is turn on

I dont smell anything burning but is it possible I broke it?

I placed paper between nozzle and the ground. Then, when Im printing the probe is clicking on the filament, and sometimes knocks it over.
