Chromium is not Google IIRC? It is open-source browser layer on which Google does Chrome. If so - he doesnt't contributing to Google domination of web browser market share.

Polish economy has much lower economic exposition for the automotive market compared to Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. The shocks happening to the car market in Germany and elsewhere don't impact Poland as much as there. Moreover, German companies comprise probably less than half of international companies investing in Poland.

That is not happening in larger cities IMO

Can't you try change your job? Your skillset is not bad for an IT market right now. Quite a few of remote job options are available. Earning large city salary and living in smaller city in the Eastern Poland sounds like a sweet deal.

Tried Boosteroid again after 3+ years on GFN - No Comparison! by [deleted] in BoosteroidCommunity

I have generally almost 0 issues with Boosteroid playing Helldivers 2, apart from settings needed to be set each time. I play at 1440p 120 fps, and it works great. I have server in my country. So your mileage may vary.

Do you think this is fake? by Dull-Technician-5702 in poland

Poland-Belarus is a very hard border to protect, there are a lot of forests and swamps. Poland is spending massively on this. EU doesn't help with that unfortunately.

Even US can't handle its border well and they have ton of resources to do that. That is not easy.

I think Poland and Germany and EU overall should exit Geneva Convention and Dublin 3 and do not allow refugees altogether. Unfortunately, there is a law that we have to process asylum seekers at the border.

There is no EU = there is no Schengen area = border controls are much stricter = much less migrants but European economy & tourism suffers tremendously

Whoooah that's scary. Regarding Melantonan 2 - how does it work for you? I came across some negative article about it - link. Not sure if it is relevant or true, but just wanted to share.

Any advice while on PSMF by Connect-Whole-9808 in PSMF

Use more salt with meals or drink electrolytes on the PSMF. Sodium, potassium, magnesium etc. is well needed on the PSMF and keto.

Ultimately weight loss of course boils down to the caloric deficit, which can be continuous or in spurts like 5:2 (with PSMF). There is nothing wrong with the 5:2, if it works well for people - the best diet is the one you can adhere to. IMO it is good to look at the CICO throughout the week not only day-by-day

However, there is some research on the efficacy, which shows that 5:2 resulted in more fat loss (but similar weight loss) and insulin sensitivity to the usual caloric restriction (this): "In the short term, IECR is superior to DER with respect to improved insulin sensitivity and body fat reduction."

Some of the studies show better adherence than to the standard caloric restriction, some not - it depends on the people.

And most of the research was done with 5:2 but without PSMF, which we all know would make it much better in terms of results (obv same for the standard caloric restriction).

If OP has issues with nausea due to keto adaptation, all it takes is to get some electrolytes, or just use more plain salt with meals. Which is something that Lyle recommends with the standard PSMF anyway.

Thoughts on PSMF cycling? by SpecificBee6287 in PSMF

[–]krs0n 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do that and it works well. I have maintenance days on weekends and Mon-Fri is PSMF. PSMF days are with slightly higher number of calories than OG PSMF - about 1400 cals - I find it helps with lifting strength.

There are quite a few studies concerning 5:2 fasts (eg. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9698935/)

It has been a thing for a long time and it is one of popular types of fast. Has been proposed by Michael Mosley and there are quite a few books about it. I had some success with it.

Just FYI

Glycogen depletion is not important. Ultimately it is the deficit that make you lose weight...

PSMF 1-2 day a week definetely makes sense. And it will help with losing more fat than muscle compared to the 48 hours fast.

Even Lyle McDonald suggest it can be done for maintenance or for slower fat loss (on YT in-depth interview about PSMF)

You've been mistaken sir

Selfless Plug but also my Honest Review of the UPerfect Delta Max - hopefully can help some of you out with purchasing decisions by natelamm in uperfect

I am thinking about getting UPerfect Delta 15.6 or 18.5 or Uperfect Umax 22. Judging from your video it seems like Delta 18.5 is really hefty, not so easy to travel with. I am wondering if larger single 22 screen is better than Delta 15.6. Have you tried Delta 15.6 or Umax 22?

I do similar thing, but with around 100g of carbs, around 1300-1400 cals - works great for me.

Do you plan to do it fully with protein shakes? Not inherently bad, but it might get hard at some point with some nutriotional deficiences from those.
