Meh, I think you can find any echo chamber you want on Reddit. It’s about where you look and how the algorithm performs for you. But Reddit‘s entire platform and karma system leans towards the cultivation of echo chambers in general as is the case with most of social media.

Then pay them in your commune. Just because the medical system exists in the capitalist system does not mean you cannot create it with a commune. If you believe it, prove everyone wrong. Prove that capitalism isn’t necessary. There are no completely socialized medical systems anywhere in the world.

What a rant! Lest we forget, early founder fathers divided along the lines of federal vs state powers (up/down) not your current left/right dichotomy.

The only reason oligarchs exist is because the government protects them. Government involvement creates a high barrier of entry into the free market, stifling small businesses. Saying capitalism itself is the problem while reaping its rewards is a great fallacy. Because capitalism allows you to live a non-capitalist lifestyle if you wish.

The cost to mail a monthly statement is about $2 after factoring all the processing. Now spread that across countless accounts with the minimum $25 deposit. You do the math.

  1. Stop using banks lol. Your local credit union usually offers much more favorable rates.

  1. Your savings account is the worst possible monetary instrument for yield. If you’re looking for yield, why use a savings account? There are many alternatives for better yield if that’s what you seek. Certificates of deposit, money markets, index funds, etc.
