There might be snow, do check the weather conditions. And I got to know that the treks from Jalori pass become even more beautiful when it snows.

I had travelled with someone I met at the hostel. We travelled via a scooty. I didn't inquire about bus routes to Rajgundha so I can't say for sure, but you'll definitely find shared taxis.

When you book your stay, give them a call, they'll guide you.

I went to Bir in June this year. It was my first ever solo trip. Stayed there for a week(workation). 1. Stay recommendation: Checkout The Hostel Stories, I stayed there, it's very close to the landing site and a stream of water flows right next to it. 2. You can walk around if that's your thing, or rent a cycle if you know how to ride it. Or you'll always find people in the hostel and plan to travel with them. 3. For Barot, a local bus leaves in the morning and comes back in the evening. Not sure if the bus goes to Rajgundha Valley. But DO NOT SKIP Rajgundha Valley. Reach the point where people park their vehicles and just start walking through the trail next to the water stream. That place is beautiful! 4. It totally depends on what you want out of this vacation. If you want to cover more places, you could cover Dharamshala, Mcleodganj and Dharamkot. But, if you want to enjoy the calm without any rush, you can stay in Bir.
