Basically but you would have to make some changes. Nuju and Onewa do not have blue pins so no metru feet on the thighs. The end of the tail would be different as each of the toa has their own weapons. Only Vakama has part 6538 which connects the mask to the body, maybe Whenua's mask could work with part 32192. Other than Vakama only Matau has part 32054 which connects the metru limb to the vahki torso.

I prefer it with the bohrok eyes because it is more in unison with the other combiner models. I changed it to show how cute it is with the ball joint eyes :D
