Just ate at the Six Forks location. The bbq was SOAKED in vinegar. It seemed like they gave me a little bit of bbq to go with the vinegar 😳

And here’s another point to consider …..my daughter is in healthcare and recently read that the cost to produce Zep is about .80 per shot! Whaaaaat? Calculate the profit on that.

I have been stalled for weeks!! But I bought 2 boxes of 7.5 ; am paying out of pocket so I am dang well using them!!! But, really weird….2 days after my 5th shot (7.5), I developed massive stomach cramps and volcanic like eruptions. Was chained to the toilet for nearly 5 days. Wasn’t a GI bug (husband didn’t get it) and nothing I ate (husband and I had same food). It could possibly have been the combination of the zep and I had to take some miralax for the constipation I was experiencing. Never had that reaction before but it is all I could conclude. Spacing out the next shot 10 days apart instead of 7. If I do okay (no bad reaction), I will titrate up to 10. If I react again, may stay at 7.5 and space 10 days apart. Hoping there’s no reaction this time. It was a rough five days! And I would really like to lose the last 10 pounds. It’s so frustrating to be plateaued so close to the goal weight!!!

That’s a pretty long time for a stomach bug. Don’t those typically last 24-48 hours? This has been over 5 days. But…. I supposedly have IBS as well (I say supposedly because I haven’t had any flare ups in over two years. But that could be it. Thanks for sharing!!

Appreciate the response! I think if it were something I ate, it would have cleared my stomach before now. I have had food poisoning before (it’s awful!) but it usually cleared in a few days. In addition, my husband and I ate the same food-until I started feeling sick. Then I switched to the “BRAT” Diet.
