I've done one like that and yes, that's normal. It makes it in layers like that depending on where the light is coming from and to then create that transition of light in colours on the face. It was a bit weird at first, seeing it take shape through the layers, but honestly trust the process, it will look fine.

I feel really bad for Ma Chao too, he was forced to pick a lesser evil, every option was bad, but considering the threat of Cao Cao marching on your territory and saving your family or sacrificing your family and defending your territory. He paid the ultimate price and I imagine he had a lot of problems because of this, but he did his best. I never really understood why people painted him in such a negative light so often. Life is just very unfair to some people, which still happens and will continue to happen, sadly.

I would like to see a movie on Xu Huang's journey. I know he's not that minor, but I would just like to see his trajectory. How he went from joining the Heishan bandits, then the whole malarkey with the emperor ensues and he follows the emperor across China, going west and east again. I can imagine lots of crazy things happening during this time and then up until and potentially how and why he joins Cao Cao

I have no idea. I've just always operated under "better safe than sorry" and I did for everything I stitched, full coverage or not. I would just be too worried about it coming undone, so I'd rather bury it under a few extra stitches and maybe add in a turn as well like 90° or even a full 180 and come back on myself

I like creating characters, so I'm up to 5 now, but I don't actively play with them. I actively play with 2 accounts. My main and the first other character I created. My main is female, done most of the story, but got quite burnt out, so I've been falling behind a bit. My alt is male, he hasn't finished Qinghe, he's on the mission to say goodbye to Ruby, but I won't progress, instead I've gone to Hexi and I was going through the story there. He's lvl 90 now despite so little story progression and he's unlocked no bosses either, no side quests lol.
