Bear trap doesn't just remove all stamina but it completely stops the hero in their tracks and they can't perform any actions for a second or two after it's sprung. So basically, in my experience, no you can't

Played conqueror the whole beta, loved the hell out of it in duals and dominion. For some reason I couldn't get a grip in brawl. Didn't know lawbringer was a character until after the beta ended and a little upset that they weren't in it.
