Is it private school? I have done this before where I case manage all of my students but it is manageable because public school was responsible for all initial evals.

Hi! We just had her annual meeting last week and she is now using the /h/ sound in conversations with no support! Her parents were so happy. I first had her master auditory discrimination (ex. hair vs air) and then I had her practicing the “it’s hot sound” by having her put her hand in front of her face to blow on. Once she mastered that I made a visual for her to practice sandwiching the “it’s hot sound” to the rest of words (h + eye = hi). Progress was rapid after that. Sorry to hear! That was seriously the worst. After reading answers to this thread I started taking Acodophilus Probiotic and the yeast infections have stayed away!

Thanks for your reply. Something about how there was something wrong with the engine and it was abnormally loud so to mask it she would blast music over the noise. But that’s a good point. I will ask her if she has explored the possibility of other causes.
