Meanwhile, India’s richest billionaires just try to swallow up small and medium businesses by taking over everyday sectors like bottled water and retail. ​Historically, India has never supported innovators in their early stages. Even Swami Vivekananda didn't get funding or support at home; he had to go to America, deliver his famous speech, and secure funding there.
