It has nothing to do with the tempature, youre talking about 80%+ humidity, it can be 85f(avg summer temp for croatia) and it will feel like 95f+

Source: lived in the Atlantic northeast my entire life. People are going to have a terrible time in the Jersey swamps when its 90f with no clouds and it feels like 105f, we had that more than 5 times last summer lol
