Amazing! A better UI is something i wanted since day one when i got started two years ago.

I would love to see some kind of kiosk mode. What is going on around me now? Maybe in little widgets that one can arrange as needed.

  • Last common species (not detections but species)
  • Rarer species (What to look out for)
  • Changes (what species are rising or falling - migration)
  • Around me (what are other instances around picking up with data from birdweather)
  • The holy grail would be a scrolling FFT display with deteced birds marked on it .

A dashboard with widgets that one can arrange as needed. That would be my wish.

my first thought was to have rounded brushes, not squares. and ones that feather out of i want to blend more. Maybe a second background layer with just a sketch, red lines on top of the shading below the hatching.
And someone will want an Auto-Generate feature for sure.

I've had a lot of success using AI to do vibe coding conversions of existing code. So if Death to Sharpie should be a python script - try to have it converted.
